There will be a hearing on Tuesday, September 8th on a bill in the Massachusetts General Court (House Bill 1113) that would prohibit alcohol advertising on "any property owned or operated by the Commonwealth."
The bill was introduced by Representative Martin Walsh and will be heard before the Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight. Contact information for that Committee is available at http://www.mass.gov/legis
