We have sent a letter to the members of the Massachusetts General Court's Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight in opposition to HB 1113, which would prohibit alcohol advertising on any property owned or operated by the Commonwealth. Our letter contends that this bill would violate the First Amendment rights of alcohol beverage companies.
