Jeff Adkins is the managing director of Energy BBDO, where he oversees client services and business development. Since joining Energy 15 years ago, Mr. Adkins has been integral in future-proofing the agency, broadening capabilities and solidifying Energy’s reputation as a global, integrated, leading-edge creative organization. Energy is proud to partner with top-notch clients like Bayer Global, Mars Wrigley Global, SC Johnson Global, Luxottica, ZTE, Kerrygold, the American Egg Board, National Safety Council and Home Instead. Jeff and a dedicated team of client service directors work together to drive innovative, business-building work that inspires meaningful consumer relationships across all of the agency’s clients. His leadership of the Mars Wrigley team in particular has led to numerous brand-building campaigns, including the wildly successful, Sustained Success Effie-winning “Give Extra, Get Extra” platform that helped reposition Extra’s brand messaging from a focus on rational to emotional appeal. Prior to joining Energy BBDO, Jeff worked at DDB and Euro RSCG Tatham (now Havas Chicago), and has experience working across a variety of categories on brands like Bud Light, Old Spice, Head & Shoulders, Wheaties, Midas, Jim Beam and Wilson Sporting Goods, among others. Jeff has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
