Terese Arenth is a partner with Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP in the firm's Garden City, New York office, and serves as chair of the Marketing, Advertising and Promotions practice group within its Intellectual Property department. Ms. Arenth concentrates her practice in promotional marketing, advertising and internet/new media, and also has significant involvement in the firm's cybersecurity, commercial litigation, intellectual property and unfair competition practice areas. She has frequently served as a speaker and author on various advertising, marketing and intellectual property law-related topics, including the contribution of chapters to the Brand Activation Association's Dierson treatise on promotion and marketing law and Aspatore's "Inside the Minds" series on Recent Developments in Advertising Law. As an active member of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association, Ms. Arenth has served two terms as chair of its Promotion and Marketing Law Committee and two terms as vice-chair. Terese was recognized by Long Island Business News as one of Long Island's “Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business” for two consecutive years and she was also honored by the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University as an “Outstanding Woman in Law.”
