Adam Cooper is the head of innovation at Roll Global, a $3.5 billion consumer goods company with leading brands including Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Halos mandarins, and FIJI Water. He is helping transform Roll Global from an agribusiness to a consumer-driven company by creating and leading new internal capabilities such as innovation, consumer & shopper insights, packaging development, and category development. Adam started his career at McKinsey & Co. management consultancy and over the past 10 years has worked in consumer goods and retail in categories such as food, beverage, personal care, consumer pharmaceuticals, and apparel in North & South America, Europe, and Asia. Adam holds engineering degrees and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
