He has nearly 20 years’ experience working in the advertising and marketing sector. After qualifying at a major London law firm in 1991, he moved to Group Legal Services at British Telecommunications plc, where he was dedicated to providing full-time legal support to the marketing department. Since joining Lewis Silkin in 1996, Brinsley has worked with some of the world’s leading brand owners in a wide range of sectors, and also advised advertising, public relations, sales promotion, design, digital and social media agencies. He is the UK member and global secretary of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance, a network of the leading advertising lawyers in over 55 countries.
