Rob Driscoll represents advertisers, advertising agencies, marketing services providers, digital services, and publishers in all aspects of advertising, marketing, and promotion law. He regularly negotiates a wide range of marketing-related agreements, including agency/client, talent, production, media buying, and music licensing agreements, and has significant experience with branded entertainment projects, sponsorships, co-marketing programs, brand integrations, and live events.
