Rebecca Duke is senior brand manager at Mars Chocolate North America, the world’s largest chocolate manufacturer. Leveraging 8 years of experience in consumer brand management and innovation strategy, she currently is responsible for launching Maltesers, the U.K.’s number-one bite-size crispy candy brand now available in the U.S. Prior to this role, Ms. Duke held a number of positions on Mars Chocolate’s top brands including M&M’s, Snickers and Twix. She also was responsible for the NFL sponsorship strategy and relationship for the Mars Chocolate business. She focused on creating breakthrough marketing programs that extend through every consumer touchpoint, including the newly created “Throw Shine” campaign for 3 Musketeers and the Snickers “You’re Not You When You’re Hungry” extension into the NFL sponsorship. Rebecca earned a master’s in business administration from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey.
