Ms. Frient serves as senior counsel, global litigation and dispute resolution, for The Procter & Gamble Company. Ms. Frient oversees significant litigation matters for P&G, including class action cases, mass tort litigation and general commercial disputes. Prior to joining P&G, she served as associate counsel at the Cleveland Clinic, where she oversaw a variety of government investigations and significant litigation matters, primarily in the False Claims Act space. Before going in-house, Ms. Frient was a partner in the litigation group of the Cleveland office of BakerHostetler, where she represented clients in complex litigation matters, including class action lawsuits, antitrust proceedings and general commercial disputes. Ms. Frient also spent a significant amount of her time in private practice as a white collar criminal defense practitioner and defended clients in complex federal grand jury and regulatory investigations.
