Amy E. Hancock is General Counsel and Executive Vice President for Legal and Regulatory Affairs of the American Beverage Association. She has been with the Association since 2011. Prior to joining ABA, Ms. Hancock was an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of McDermott Will and Emery. As ABA’s General Counsel, Ms. Hancock is responsible for advising ABA and its member companies on antitrust, regulatory and litigation issues affecting the beverage industry. She also provides legal counsel to the Association’s private charitable foundation, the American Beverage Foundation for a Healthy America. Ms. Hancock earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and a juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the American Bar Association Antitrust Section.
