Alycia Horn is vice president and deputy general counsel at Comcast, providing legal guidance on a wide variety of matters involving the cable division. She is the lead attorney for Comcast Business and supports residential marketing and sales for Comcast’s Northeast and West divisions. Ms. Horn is a recent graduate of the Wharton School’s Women’s Executive Leadership program, which focuses on business strategies for a complex and dynamic work environment. She is also a graduate of Comcast’s Executive Leadership Forum, a senior management development program. Alycia has been a “Big Sister” in Comcast’s mentoring program, collaborating with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania. She has managed the cable legal department’s summer internship program, and worked on the department’s training and diversity committees. Before joining Comcast, Ms. Horn was assistant general counsel and secretary of Day & Zimmermann International, Inc., where she was the sole lawyer for several business units with over 8,000 employees. She specialized in the negotiation of complex transactions involving construction, engineering and procurement services. Alycia earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, and is also a recipient of the Temple University Alumni Association Impact Award.
