Nick Johnson is a partner at Osborne Clarke LLP and heads the firm's UK advertising and marketing law team. His practice encompasses a wide range of advertising-related areas, acting for ad agencies, well-known brands and major online platforms amongst others. Mr. Johnson is consistently recognized by legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for his specialist expertise in advertising/marketing law and ad tech issues. He sits on the Direct Marketing Association's Responsible Marketing Committee, is on the editorial board of Digital Business Lawyer and was a board director of the European Sponsorship Association for 15 years. Nick joined Osborne Clarke in 1994 and became a partner in 2001.
