Chantel Lenard is Ford Motor Company’s executive director for U.S. marketing, responsible for all aspects of Ford’s U.S. marketing strategy and execution, including brand development, consumer and market insight, product positioning, marketing communications and retail promotions. Ms. Lenard has held a variety of key positions in her 25 years with Ford, including an assignment as vice president of marketing for Ford’s Asia Pacific and Africa (APA) region, based in Shanghai, China. In addition to her marketing roles, she has held a variety of leadership positions in sales, strategy, finance and purchasing, building a strong knowledge base across the business. She has been recognized as part of Ad Age’s “Women to Watch” and Purdue’s “Outstanding Industrial Engineering Alumni,” in addition to being selected as one of the “100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry” by Automotive News. Chantel is also a member of the Association of National Advertisers’ board of directors.
