Paul is the Director of Digital Experience at Dunkin’ Brands. Since joining the Dunkin’ team in 2012 he has been involved in Dunkin’s US Digital and Loyalty growth helping launch the DD Mobile App, the DD Perks Loyalty Program and On-The-Go Mobile Ordering. Paul currently oversees Digital Experience including, web, mobile, digital payments as well as digital product and pilot program development.
