A diverse and detail-driven leader with a background in product development and marketing, Rajoielle (Raj) Register has a passion for understanding and developing consumer experiences that translate to “moments that matter.” In Ms. Register’s successful career, she has demonstrated her leadership and team skills through launching new products to market and managing cross-functional teams to promote productivity and forward-thinking strategy. She has also effectively completed two international service assignments in Istanbul, Turkey, and Cologne, Germany. Rajoielle currently leads cross-brand strategy and growth audiences at Ford Motor Company. Her key responsibilities include developing marketing communications for African-American, Hispanic, female and millennial consumers. Raj’s role also includes implementing brand technology integration and social media strategy for all vehicle lines. Her organization serves as the voice of the customer for growth audiences and has helped establish a brand-defining consumer experience leading to sales and share growth. Using her engineering background, Ms. Register “builds” experiences and market approaches from the ground up, making each one unique and compelling. She started her career at Ford and is proud to support a hometown corporation. Raj was instrumental in launching some of Ford’s most popular vehicles, including the all-new aluminum F-150, Explorer, Focus and Transit Connect.
