An 18-year McDonald’s veteran, Adam Salgado currently serves as vice president of marketing for McDonald’s USA. He brings a tremendous amount of leadership, expertise and insight to his current position. Mr. Salgado began his McDonald’s career in the Puerto Rico market. Since then, he has held various marketing positions at McDonald’s in New York, Chicago, Houston and Oak Brook, leading several aspects of the business such as multicultural marketing, Latin America region, menu innovation, field marketing strategy and value strategy. Prior to joining McDonald’s, Adam held positions at Starcom Media Services, working on the Kellogg’s and McDonald’s businesses. Mr. Salgado is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received a degree in marketing. Adam also holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University in New York City.
