Lisa Schoder is head of Ford’s U.S. integrated marketing and media. In this role, she leads all U.S. digital efforts and total media strategy inclusive of digital and traditional media, shopper marketing, experiential, sponsorships and alliances, CRM, mobile and emerging platforms. Ms. Schoder’s responsibilities cover all vehicle nameplates as well as Ford primary brand efforts. In 2016, Lisa championed Ford’s virtual reality content strategy, launching the FordVR mobile app for iOS and Android while also crafting Ford’s digital and social content as a non-sponsor of the 2016 Olympic Summer Games. In her current role, she is championing Ford’s migration to people-focused, data-driven communications. Lisa has been with Ford since 1999, joining the company as a product engineer. After 11 years in product development, she transferred to Ford’s marketing organization. Ms. Schoder has held various positions within marketing across product marketing, brand management, sales and marketing communications. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in automotive engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
