Paul L. Singer is the chief of the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General. In this role, Mr. Singer oversees all aspects of consumer protection enforcement in the division. Formerly, Singer was managing attorney of the Internet and Privacy Team in the division, where he specialized in the civil enforcement of state and federal laws relating to the internet, technology and privacy. Mr. Singer received his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in English and government with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin. Paul is a frequent speaker at national seminars and trainings on a variety of technology, privacy and general consumer protection topics.
