Aaron Taylor is a partner in the advertising, marketing and promotions; entertainment, media and sports; intellectual property; and digital media, technology and privacy practice groups of Davis & Gilbert. He has broad experience in a range of intellectual property and media matters, including copyright, trademark, music licensing and false advertising issues. Specifically, Mr. Taylor’s practice involves counseling media companies, advertising agencies and advertisers on false advertising, claim substantiation, copyright and trademark issues. He has considerable experience advising clients with respect to litigation and regulatory proceedings that arise in the advertising/intellectual property arena. Aaron was recently identified as a 2017 “Next Generation Lawyer” in the advertising and marketing category by The Legal 500 United States.
