Dave Viscovich is Corporate Counsel – Sales & Marketing, for Sprint Corporation. He is a seasoned transactional attorney and business consultant with over twenty years of experience supporting a wide array of sports and entertainment marketing, licensing, media, affinity, enterprise and public sector sales, procurement, M&A, and corporate finance deals, most recently for the last thirteen years in the telecommunications sector at Sprint. Dave has negotiated, drafted, and managed a dynamic range of commercial agreements, including traditional sponsorship agreements (such as Sprint’s sponsorships of NASCAR, the NBA, and the NFL), branded content/entertainment agreements, joint promotion agreements, talent and endorsement agreements, product placement agreements, agency agreements, merchandise and content licensing agreements, arena/stadium naming rights agreements, affinity agreements, production and distribution agreements, event management and hospitality agreements, and enterprise and public sector telecommunications sales agreements. Prior to joining Sprint, Dave was a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C. offices of Hogan Lovells and subsequently Coudert Brothers LLP, where he represented publicly-traded and privately-held companies in M&A, corporate finance, and securities transactions, and he also was a formerly certified NFL player agent representing professional football players. Dave graduated from The Georgetown University Law Center, with honors, in 1996, and received a B.A. in Economics from The College of William & Mary in 1992.
