Tracy leads the centralized marketing function for Conduent, a new $6B company that was formed as the spin-off of Xerox Services. In this role, Tracy is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing plan to position Conduent for consideration and help accelerate the sales cycle. This global team develops sector and account-based marketing, offering marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, analyst relations, content, paid media, brand design, internal and external events, and country marketing; measuring ROI for every practice.
Prior to this role, Tracy was part of the senior team that stood up this new Fortune 500 company, building or rebuilding new systems, processes and teams. She developed the company positioning and differentiated value proposition for both Conduent and Xerox. And, she managed all aspects of the brand to launch Conduent including: company name; brand expression and global assets; transition of Xerox and endorsed brands to Conduent; and sales enablement tools. She then went on to launch the new company by ringing the bell on the NYSE and creating client celebrations, annual “Founder’s Day” program, and leadership conference.
Prior to Conduent, Tracy held numerous marketing leadership roles at Xerox including the Xerox brand function, division marketing, and product portfolio marketing; as well as engineering, product delivery, and operational roles.
Tracy serves on the President’s Advisory Roundtable at the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she was named an Outstanding Undergraduate Scholar. She earned her M.B.A. from the William E. Simon School of the University of Rochester.
