Jeff Fromm, senior vice president, Barkley, has more than 25 years of hands-on experience working on major brands, including SONIC, Hallmark Cards, Sears, Build-A-Bear Workshop, and Payless Shoesource. He has a marketing degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In early 2011, he spearheaded the development of “American Millennials: Deciphering the Enigma Generation,” a report from Barkley based on research conducted as part of a joint partnership between Service Management Group, the Boston Consulting Group, and Barkley. Since then, he has had numerous speaking engagements on the subject of marketing and Millennials.
