Director of Member Relations, Central Region
Ed's primary role with the Central Member Relations Team is ANA member satisfaction, achieved through efficient engagement of all ANA assets, and his secondary role is new member acquisition.
Prior to joining member relations, Ed served as the associate publisher of the ANA bi-monthly member magazine The Advertiser. He was responsible for all advertising and helped re-launch and re-design the magazine that won many publishing awards in 2005-06. In addition to Ed's publishing role he was also tasked with all ANA event marketing around major ANA industry events, such as the Masters of Marketing Conference, the Advertising Financial Management Conference, and the Multicultural Marketing Conference, and helped to monetize these events with firms like The New York Times, Yahoo! Google, Microsoft/Facebook, Viacom, and Univision. Ed has more than 25 years of media and publishing experience with such firms as New York Times/Boston Globe Media, American City Business Journals, COMDEX/Ziff Davis, McGraw-Hill, The National Law Journal, and the Pohly Company.
Ed graduated with a double major in Economics and Marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia.
