Executive Vice President, Member Services
Bill's key responsibilities include overall member satisfaction for member companies based in the eastern U.S. He is responsible for new member enrollment in this area as well.
Prior to ANA, Bill served as Vice President, Account Director at Young & Rubicam's WCJ division where he reported directly to the President of WCJ and led a standalone office with accountability for the company's second largest KCA, USPS. As the senior onsite lead housing a 70 person staff, his responsibilities included: strategic development, operational stewardship and tactical implementation for all aspects of integrated marketing services. Previously, Bill worked for 14 years at Saatchi and Saatchi culminating his stint there as Vice President, Creative Development. Bill's also co-owned and ran BBX, a successful national production company, based in NYC.
A graduate of Iona College, Bill also studied copy writing at the School of Visual Arts and is an Avid Certified Editor, Bill's taught Direct and Interactive Marketing at New York University, speaks regularly on results based relevancy marketing at leading forums like NPF, YPIMA, and regularly at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Bill currently teaches small, hands-on workshops in Video Scrap-booking and Making Your First Movie at various local schools, theatres, and colleges.
