Ten Industry Imperatives for 2011

It's 2011 and we need to start off on the right foot. Today I am going to talk about the top 10 industry imperatives for 2011 including areas like self-regulation, marketing diversity, measurement, and advertising taxes.

Bob, I agree with all of your imperatives for 2011. The one I am most drawn to is the improvement of Client/Agency Relationships. If both parties would embrace collaboration,agree on clear performance goals and implement formal, two way evaluations at least once a year, relationships would last much longer.
