Finding the Optimal Mix of Quality, Service, and Price
The ANA has been tracking the role of procurement for a number of years in order to better understand how member marketers are structured and how marketing procurement is deployed and utilized within their organizations. In this continuing effort, our initial Webinar is designed to specifically:
- Trace the movement of procurement from a basic purchasing function to an evolving strategic role of partnership with marketing to optimize agency and key supplier relationships.
- Uncover industry trends, as well as, review "best" and "worst" practices in marketing procurement.
- Assist you in gaining a greater understanding of where you and your organization are in the Value for $ Procurement continuum and how to move further along.
- Provide you with practical models, tips and tools to help you understand and negotiate with marketing services agencies, as well as, create greater alignment with and buy-in from marketing.

Francisco has been an active participant and speaker at the ANA's Advertising Financial Management Committee and has 23 years client-side experience in finance, marketing, and procurement management of a Fortune 100 marketer. Under the auspices of the ANA, he authored the booklet Marketing Communications Procurement Best Practices.
