    One Day Marketing Plan

A One Day Plan is an essential tool to put in your planning arsenal. No business should start its next calendar year without going through the process. The disease of most businesses is either they haven't bothered to do a plan or they just make next year's plan the same as this year's plan with a few changes.

Too often, no one's thinking holistically about whether conditions have changed, the situation has changed, goals and objectives have changed, etc. The ODMP process will show you how to become a facilitator to run a ODMP with your team and how to get the maximum value for your organization.  The session includes an actual practice exercise as well as the tools you'll need.

    Key Takeaways:

Issues and initiatives covered in the One Day Marketing Plan include a full analysis of:

    • Marketing objectives and strategies
    • Business mission
    • Brand positioning
    • Competitive frame and SWOT (Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats)
    • Brand strategy and business approach
    • Prospecting and selling strategies
    • Strategic programs and potential partners
    • Key players who will activate and realize the plan
    • Next steps and milestones

What you'll get from the One Day Business Plan:

    • Customized and customizable outlines you can use for every facet of your business.
    • A success-oriented process that works for sales, management, marketing, creative, finance, human resources ; any part of your organization where you need all key stakeholders to see the forest through all the trees.
    • Tools and tips to challenge your business ideas and plans, means and methods to get your business on track, nuts and bolts to get real results.
