Group Executive Vice President, Committees - Bill's responsibilities at the ANA include management of the association's portfolio of committees, associated conferences, and The Advertiser - the official publication of the ANA. He joined the ANA in May 2000, bringing 20 years of advertising and marketing experience gained working on the agency side.
Group Executive Vice President, Government Relations - Dan Jaffe is the head of ANA’s Government Relations office in Washington D.C. Previously, Mr. Jaffe spent 11 years on House and Senate staffs and was Committee Counsel to the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee after serving as Staff Director of its Consumer Subcommittee.
Executive Vice President, Member Relations - Michael joined ANA in September 1995, after an extensive packaged goods marketing career.
Executive Vice President, Member Services - Bill's key responsibilities include overall member satisfaction for member companies based in the eastern U.S. He is responsible for new member enrollment in this area as well.
Senior Vice President, Government Relations - A Nebraska native, Keith is Senior Vice President for Government Relations in ANA’s Washington, DC office. He joined the ANA in 1991 and has testified before numerous government committees and agencies.
Vice President, Member Relations - Brian joined the ANA in 2005 and is the Vice President, Member Relations for the ANA’s Central Region. His responsibilities include keeping members on the cutting edge of the ever-changing marketing landscape, broadening the membership base, new business development, and creating meaningful experiences for members to network, discover, and advance.
Vice President, Member Relations - Nick joined the Member Relationships Team this year after having been active with the ANA as a Member Rep for more than six years with Citizens Financial Group.
Vice President, Western Region Member Relations - Tracy joined the ANA in 2007. She is currently responsible for strengthening relationships with member companies, broadening the membership base, and business development.
Director, Western Region Member Relations - April is responsible for account management and business development in Northern California. With a background in marketing, account management, and account growth for Fortune 500 companies and start-up ventures, she brings a results-driven and client-centric focus to members at the ANA.
Director of Member Relations, Central Region - Ed’s primary role with the Central Member Relations Team is ANA member satisfaction, achieved through efficient engagement of all ANA assets, and his secondary role is new member acquisition.
Director, Member Relations - Lan has over 14 years of integrated marketing experience in verticals such as entertainment, technology, lifestyle, retail, government recruitment, music, and travel. She has extensive experience in account management, communication strategy development, and direct marketing.
Director, Member Relations - Mark is a marketing professional who’s achieved results through combining strategic thinking and consumer insights to identify opportunities and devise action plans. During his nearly 20 years in the marketing industry, Mark has enjoyed building prominent brands.
