About Diane Hund

Diane Hund, Vice President, Marketing, United Stationers

Diane Hund has spent over twenty years in the marketing arena, working in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. She is currently the VP of Marketing for United Stationers.  In this role she oversees the marketing efforts for the office products and cleaning/facilities channels.  Previously, she has held marketing leadership positions at a variety of companies including Rust-Oleum, Boise Cascade, Danaher and most recently with Ball Horticultural (Burpee Seeds). While her experience has provided her with a solid skill set in strategic marketing, branding, research, digital, media and communications, her marketing passion focuses on working closely with customers to uncover unmet needs and then creating/repositioning the right products, services or solutions to meet those needs. As a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of experience, Diane has led initiatives that include launching new products that are, today, still leaders in their categories, rebranding and repositioning corporate entities and installing/improving strong customer-driven marketing processes and systems.  In addition to her experience, she holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan.  She lives in Elmhurst with her husband and three children.
