Richard Sanderson and Norm Yustin lead the Marketing Officers practice of Russell Reynolds Associates, the leading global executive search firm. Their recent hires include the Chief Marketing Officers of MetLife, Staples, Campbell’s Soup, Whole Foods Market, Edward Jones, United Rentals, Schneider Electric, BlueCross BlueShield Association, and many others. Previously Norm was the Chief Marketing Officer at Claire’s Stores and at Macy’s, where he oversaw brand strategy, creative development, and public relations strategy. Earlier, Richard was a management consultant at Booz & Co.
