I. GRAINGER: FINDING THE RIGHT AOR (10:45 – 11:45AM)
Identifying an agency that fits with your company's culture and marketing strategy, can be a tough task. In this session, Melissa Gerlach, category manager – marketing & ecommerce at W.W. Grainger Inc., will share her approach to finding the right AOR, how she maps out this approach, and lessons learned along the way.

II. AGENCY COMPENSATION TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES (12:00 – 1:00PM)
The ANA's 2016 Trends in Agency Compensation survey results show how marketers structure and manage agency compensation, including various incentives and overall compensation. The work illustrates key trends in agency remuneration methods and practices. Hear the results of this survey along with an expert analysis of what it means for you. We'll do a deep dive into the results and discuss what it means for members.

III. NETWORKING LUNCH AND MARKETING PROCUREMENT MENTORING PROGRAM DISCUSSION (1:00 – 2:30PM)
In this session, mentors and mentees in the ANA Procurement Mentoring Program will guide a discussion on the joint value and positive outcomes formed by strong mentor relationships. They'll also provide an overview of the ANA Procurement Mentoring Program, highlight the current roster of active mentors, and the process of matching up individuals. Current and former program participants are highly encouraged to share their experiences as well to guide future mentors and mentees.
