I. STATE FARM: MEASURING PERFORMANCE AND VALUE (9:45 – 10:45AM)
Over the past few years, State Farm's creative services department has undergone significant change designed to generate qualitative and quantitative value to the nation's largest insurer of cars and homes. Their in-house agency has a staff of nearly 200 dedicated creative professionals who serve the unique, diverse, ever-growing creative needs and platforms, and address all challenges. This session will focus on State Farm's valuation, impact, and prioritization model.

III. MGM RESORTS INTERNATIONAL: SLAYING BIG VOLUME 2.0 (1:00 – 2:00PM)
Insert key leadership, restructure the team and workflow around a few acronyms like S.L.A. and S.O.W., embrace themes of centralization and collaboration, and take a stand to change the employee culture, and you are ready to emerge as the center of partnership. That is the transformation that has been occurring at the in-house agency for MGM Resorts International.

IV. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: ESTABLISHING AN IN-HOUSE AGENCY "LOOK BOOK" (2:00 – 2:30PM)
In this roundtable discussion, we'll discuss the committees first initiative: to establish a collection, or "look book" of in-house agencies. Specifically, we'll identify the common questions that will need to be answered and other aspects of the initiative. We'll also discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing as an in-house agency.
