NETWORKING BREAKFAST (9:00 – 9:45AM)
INTRODUCTIONS (9:45 – 10:00AM)

I. UPDATE ON TRENDS IN AGENCY/CLIENT ENGAGEMENT (10:00 – 11:00AM)
While media has been in a state of major reinvention for years, the way clients engage with their agencies has been slower to evolve. Change is now the only option. The partners that are proving their value to clients range from traditional and specialized agencies to production partners, media partners, digital partners, even consumers themselves. Managing the complexity has never been more challenging. In this session, Debra Giampoli, Global Director, Strategic Agency Relations - Mondelez International, will share their response to the shift, learnings along the way, and why it is so important for clients to lead the change.

Speaker:

IV. AGENCY RELATIONS ROUNDTABLE: SHOW AND TELL (2:00 – 2:30PM)
In this roundtable discussion, we're asking attendees to bring examples of creative briefs (redacted where necessary) to share best practices in writing your creative brief. This is part of our ongoing conversation about the briefing process, what's working, what isn't, and how we can make it better. Come with your thoughts and feedback on the briefing process, and bring examples of good and bad briefs. We will also discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing in Agency Relations and which topics we should cover in more depth at future committee meetings.
