IN-HOUSE AGENCY DAY
In 2013, penetration of in-house agencies increased to 58%*.  The scope and types of services handled in-house vary widely and range from more basic collateral materials, to digital communications, to media planning/buying.  In-House Agency Day will bring together various members in the in-house agency space to share success stories, as well as discuss topics that are of interest to the in-house agency community.

I. ADOBE'S IN-HOUSE AGENCY JOURNEY (9:45-10:45AM)
In this session, Alex Amado, Sr. Director, Creative and Media and Jay Middleton, Director, Global Search Marketing – Adobe Systems Inc. will share Adobe's in-house agency journey, their decision-making process on what to in-source, and how it has changed their agency relationships.

II. THE CLOROX COMPANY:  IN-HOUSE AGENCY BEST PRACTICES (11:00AM-12:00PM)
The Clorox Company's in-house agency focuses on packaging, trade shows and corporate design within their organization.  Bruce Willardson, Sr. Director, Creative Services – The Clorox Company will provide an overview of his in-house agency including its philosophy/mission, discuss benefits and challenges of being an in-house shop, and share best practices.

III. ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL REBRANDS THEIR IN-HOUSE AGENCY

In this session, you will hear an overview of the Robert Half in-house agency including its role and value to the company and hear a case study of their recent rebranding.  You will also learn more about the services they provide, the pros and cons of having an in-house agency, their day-to-day operations, how they measure success to the business and themselves!

IV. BUILDING AN IN-HOUSE CULTURE

Legal reviews.  8'x8' cube cells.  Endless stakeholders and process.  Risk aversion.  Developing a creative team that rivals that coming from external agencies takes some magic.  In this session, we'll discuss how to get your team to tap into creativity and deliver beyond expectations.
