II. A LOOK IN THE MIRROR: WHY CLIENT/AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS FAIL (11:15AM-12:15PM)
In this session, Mark Sneider, Owner/President - RSW/US & RSW/AgencySearch will talk about relationship hindering issues on the two sides of the the Agency side and the Marketer side. This session will take a look at the full life of the agency-client life cycle and discuss some of the challenges facing both sides that create elements of distrust, dislike, and disengagement - as well the things both sides can do to make it right and long-lasting.

IV. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: THE INTEGRATED CREATIVE BRIEF (2:00-2:30PM)
In this session, members will share how they integrate creative briefs across agencies and how their creative brief process works. Members are encouraged to bring in samples of their creative briefs to share, discuss, and solicit feedback from the Committee.
