I.  CASE STUDY: IBM SMARTER PLANET (10:00-11:00am)
Ann Rubin, Vice President, Brand Expression, Global Advertising - IBM Corporation will share an overview of the journey that started in 2009 when IBM set forward a differentiated agenda for the company. This has created new markets and dramatically transformed the way the brand is perceived and experienced across its core constituents.

II.  MISTAKES MY FRIENDS MADE (11:00-12:00pm)
Sometimes the best lessons to be learned are from our own (or "friends") mistakes. This session will call on ANA Brand Management Committee members to share with their fellow colleagues those mistakes that their "friends" have made and how they have learned from them to be a better marketer, manager and colleague. Over the last four years members have told us at the ANA time and time again how much they love learning from each other and that it is the most valuable part of their experience. Let's really make this one count!

III.  HOW U.S. BRANDS ARE MOBILIZING THEIR MARKETING FOR 2011

Be the first to learn how your peers are navigating the explosion in mobile marketing platforms for 2011. In this session, we will debut exclusive insights from the ANA and Mobile Marketing Association's joint survey. This session will also include a member roundtable discussion on best practices within mobile marketing.

IV.  MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: INTEGRATION
(1:45-2:15pm)
ANA member roundtable discussions are great ways to share experiences and perspectives on specific topics, while learning from your peers from other companies. In this session, we will review the key conclusions on integration from our last meeting and solicit processes that can improve integration.

V.  OTHER ISSUES

We will provide an update on the 2011 Brand Conference, solicit ideas for future meetings and open the floor for any other areas of discussion.
