II. "FIRESTARTER" INTRODUCTIONS (10:30AM – 10:50AM)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment and to leverage and share knowledge and insights with marketing peers. During introductions, we will ask members to share 1-2 "hot topics" that keep them up at night (i.e., questions for the committee, key areas of focus, or current challenges in the integrated marketing space) as a way to better facilitate one-to-one discussion and networking between members during coffee breaks and lunch.

III. CHICAGO BEARS: FORGING DEEPER CONNECTIONS IN THE COMMUNITY
 (11:00AM – 11:50AM)
As one of only two charter members of the National Football League still in existence, the Chicago Bears have long been a part of the Chicago community. To celebrate the start of the 2017 season, the team sought to underscore that the community is also a part of the Bears. Working with a Chicago-area gallery and local street artists, the Bears commissioned a series of outdoor murals intended to connect with and engage fans in a way that traditional billboards and bus shelters never could. In this session, Fernando Arriola, VP, fan and brand development, will share the story, execution, and community response to this engaging campaign. You'll also learn about the Bears broader marketing efforts.

Speakers:
Fernando Arriola, VP, Fan and Brand Development – Chicago Bears Football Club
Elaine Delos Reyes,
Marketing Director – Chicago Bears Football Club
Joe Ferrell,
Account Director - Match MG

LUNCH (12:00PM – 1:00PM)

IV. USPS: DIRECT MAIL IN THE DIGITAL WORLD (1:00PM – 1:50PM)
Or is it digital mail in the direct world? Print and digital can not only co-exist, but do a great job of complementing each other as part of an Omni-channel strategy. In this session, Robert Ellis, manager of business alliances at the U.S. Postal Service, will discuss the effectiveness of integrating hard copy communications with their digital counterparts and share case study examples from strategy through implementation and results. He will also demonstrate a free research tool now available to support your integrated marketing efforts.
