I. VERIZON 140: NEW IN-HOUSE ON THE BLOCK (10:00 – 10:45AM)
In-house agencies can take on many different shapes and sizes and can often change in scope. In this session, we'll get an in-depth look at Verizon 140, their new in-house agency. They'll share how they built their first in-house agency, the approach they took and why, and lessons learned.

II. THE CONTINUED RISE OF THE IN-HOUSE AGENCY (10:45AM – 11:30PM)
Earlier this year the ANA surveyed members about their use of in-house agencies. The results were staggering, with dramatic increases in the presence of in-house agencies, their usage and workload. In this session, we'll walk through the survey results and share the more interesting data points from the survey.

III. ENGINEERING THE CREATIVE WORKFLOW (11:45 – 12:30PM)
Attendees will participate in an interactive discussion as they are guided through the various phases of a workflow engineering and receive tips on navigating dependencies, managing stakeholders, and more. We'll discuss strategies to keep projects on track in spite of common challenges and be able to measure results, explore the phases of a workflow reengineering, and learn a framework that can help you build your own project plan.

IV. REVLON'S REDHOUSE: FROM CREATIVE SERVICES GROUP TO ADVERTISING AGENCY IN 10 (NOT-SO-SIMPLE) STEPS (1:00 – 1:45PM)
