How do you get your in-house team some respect? By taking a hard look at what needs fixing, and fix it. In this case study, Wayne Barringer, director, creative services at The Boeing Company, will share how his team transformed a fractured creative services team into a smart, efficient, sought-after resource for Boeing by being honest about their weaknesses and taking strong action to strengthen them.

III. DOSOMETHING.ORG & TMI STRATEGY: LEVERAGING INTERNAL EXPERTISE (11:35AM – 12:25PM)
DoSomething.org – with 5.5 million members and 20 years of experience activating young people for social causes – knows what makes Millennials and Gen Z tick. The organization has led high-impact brand activations with partners including Coca-Cola, CVS, ESPN, H&M, and JetBlue. In this session, Meredith Ferguson from DoSomething's consulting division, TMI, will share how they leverage the organization's internal expertise and data to engage Gen Z and millennials to help other clients better connect with young people.

IV. LIBERTY MUTUAL: BUILDING A BRAND TO RECRUIT (1:15 – 2:00PM)
Working in a matrix organization with multiple marketing and creative teams the Enterprise Brand/Creative team at Liberty Mutual is the connective "brand tissue." In this session, Nick Ciantra, vice president enterprise brand and creative services at Liberty Mutual, will review their in-house capabilities and never-ending search for the "perfect process." He will also share a case study of Liberty's new go to market campaign for talent produced by the in-house team.
