II. ANA SURVEY RESULTS: E-COMMERCE (11:15AM – 11:45AM)
Meghan Medlock, Senior Director, Committees and Conferences will present the results of ANA's recent E-commerce Survey. The survey provides insight into how ANA members are conducting e-commerce initiatives as well as intelligence on how member companies structure their e-commerce departments and work with agencies.

This session will include a series of short "firestarter" discussion sessions from ANA members around what they are doing in e-commerce and how they are organizing for success in e-commerce. This session will include ANA committee members sharing how they manage (and who is responsible for) e-commerce which will help set the stage for our Member Roundtable following this session.

ANA Digital & Social, Midwest Committee members will have an opportunity to network and discuss key issues related to e-commerce including departmental and agency structure, e-commerce departmental responsibilities, and key challenges and opportunities related to e-commerce.
