NETWORKING BREAKFAST (9:00 – 9:30AM)

INTRODUCTIONS (9:30 – 9:45AM)

I. SCOPE OF WORK DEVELOPMENT (9:45-10:45AM)
Proper scope of work planning is critical for clients as it identifies required deliverables to achieve business outcomes, sets agency resource/staffing levels, and provides an estimate of agency costs based on those staffing levels. However, there's great power in the data derived from your scope of work process as well. Power to understand agency resource mix, power to drive efficiencies and benchmarking power to reduce costs. This session will feature a company who is a leader in scope of work management tools (Decideware), to discuss best practices and expose the power in the data.

Speakers:
Richard Benyon, CEO, Decideware
Steven Wales, Director, Decideware

II. WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY ON THE PROCUREMENT MATURITY CURVE?
(11:00-11:30AM)
Marketing procurement has been a force in the industry for about a dozen years now and companies are at various stages of the procurement maturity curve. When ANA last surveyed membership on this issue in 2010, 24% of procurement respondents identified their role and responsibilities within the organization as "advanced" while 45% said "establishing" and 31% "developing/initial." In this roundtable we will discuss ways companies are moving up the procurement maturity curve.

Facilitator:
Ron Jensen, Director, Financial Synergies – Toyota Motor Sales and ANA Marketing Financial Management & Procurement Committee Chair

III. MEDIA REBATES & INCENTIVES (11:30AM-12:30PM)
