II. LEVI STRAUSS AND COMPANY'S EFFICIENT APPROACH TO CENTRALIZING PRINT PRODUCTION (11:00AM-12:00PM)
In this session, Melissa Reis, Global Procurement - Levi Strauss and Company will share their approach to centralizing print production, including on floor, in-store, corporate, etc. They will share how they have sold this process to key stakeholders, the efficiencies and savings gained, and their roadmap for expanding the program globally.

III. GAP, INC.: MEDIA AGENCY CASE STUDY (1:00-2:00PM)
In this session, Elvin Zung, Director, Strategic Sourcing –Gap, Inc., will share how they approach negotiation and partnership with their internal media partners and agencies for media planning and buying. This will include a review of their Search Engine Marketing media process and share how it can apply to other Marketing organizations.

IV. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION (2:00-2:30PM)
In this session, we will open up the discussion to the committee to talk about top of mind topics and issues that procurement professionals are facing. Some topics of discussion will be production management, marketing efficiency and cost savings. We will also cover highlights from the 2013 Advertising Financial Management Conference and build upon topics to explore in future Committee meetings.Facilitators:
