I. NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL: HOW INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORTS MULTICULTURAL MARKETING

These days, marketing to Multicultural market segments is crucial to the success of any business. Based on that belief, Northwestern Mutual is deepening its relationships, especially with Hispanic and African-American organizations, by offering a number of tools designed to specifically help these clients and their families achieve financial security. In order to expand their diverse market initiatives, their internal structure also had to grow. In this session, Francisca Brown, Director of African-American Multicultural Market Strategy – Northwestern Mutual, will share how they continue to develop the infrastructure at Northwestern Mutual in order to help support their multicultural marketing initiatives.

II. COCA-COLA: UNDERSTANDING MULTICULTURAL TEENS

Coca-Cola, a proven leader in multicultural marketing, has gone beyond the typical audience research by looking into the lives of multicultural teens. What makes teens happy is higher on their agenda than ever before. In this session, Daneyni Sanguinetti, Senior Manager, Center of Excellence and Multicultural Marketing – The Coca-Cola Company, will share how 'cultural insight' prompted some key Coca-Cola brands to be very sensitive to the claims the brand could make about their role in making multicultural teens happy.

III. DUNKIN' BRANDS: COMMITMENT TO MULTICULTURAL MARKETING

Dunkin' Brands has noticeably impacted their multicultural efforts by increasing the company's commitment to various multicultural groups – with an initial focus on Hispanic – they continue to understand how America's face is changing to a more diverse profile nationwide. In this presentation, Janina Delloca-Pawlowski, Multicultural Marketing Manager – Dunkin' Brands will share how Dunkin' Brands executes a Total Market message through their marketing strategy to deliver a consistent brand voice.
