I. JACK IN THE BOX: CATERING TO THE NEEDS OF MILLENNIALS (10:00-10:45AM)
According to marketing studies, millennials go out to eat more often than gen X or baby boomers. Their eating habits is driving chains to consider product, menu and even meal time offerings. In this session, Iwona Alter, Chief Marketing Officer will share Jack In The Box's efforts to engage and lure millennial consumers.

II. HYUNDAI: UNIQUELY SIMILAR: THE ATTITUDES AND VALUES SHAPING AMERICA'S MOST DIVERSE GENERATION YET (10:45-11:30AM)
Every generation has its dominant traits, but perhaps what keeps Marketers so fascinated by millennials is that they are so dissimilar from one another, yet so similar in their desire to be unique. In this session, Jackie Hyun, Sr. Group Manager, Product, Corporate & Digital Planning - Hyundai will explore topics such as millennials' Socio-Demographics, Passions and Pursuits, the "Side Hustle" culture, Creativity and Self-Expression and how they are changing the Automotive Landscape.

III. ALLIANCE FOR INCLUSIVE MULTICULTURAL MARKETING (AIMM) UPDATE (11:45-12:15)
The ANA formed the Alliance for Inclusive & Multicultural Marketing (AIMM) to create a powerful, unified voice for the advancement of multicultural marketing. It brings together senior thought leaders from the African-American, Hispanic, Asian, LGBT and general market communities to create a united blueprint for the evolution of multicultural and diverse-segment marketing in America. In this session, Gilbert Davila will provide an update on this initiative and lead some exercises to explore issues such as, "What challenges are confronting Multicultural & Inclusive Marketing today?" and "What is the vision for the future?"

IV. CURACAO: EVOLVING BRAND TO MEET NEEDS OF SECOND GENERATION CONSUMER (1:15-2:00PM)
With the economic challenges of the last ten years and its impact on the retail industry, Curacao had to make shifts in their marketing to evolve the brand and reposition it accordingly to align with their dramatically changing target consumers. In this session, Teylez Perez, VP of Marketing & Advertising, will share Curacao's evolving marketing strategy; what they did to continue to serve the traditional consumer while expanding to meet needs of the millennial Hispanics. He will share how they have been able to sustain their business and provide peek into their vision for the future.
