Ad and content production data is a powerful tool for all marketers. It enables organizations to benchmark, optimize and drive smarter decision-making across everything they produce. II. RISKY BUSINESS: INSURING COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION (11:15AM–12:15PM)
There are many evolving risks facing the advertising industry including drone usage, celebrity disgrace, emerging forms of media (including web-based interactive content) and how to best address these exposures from a risk management perspective. Also discussed will be recent changes as respects cast insurance for professional athletes that appear in advertising campaigns.

III. HOW THE NEW 2016 SAG-AFTRA COMMERCIALS CONTRACT WILL IMPACT YOUR BOTTOM LINE (1:15–2:00PM)
The current Commercials Contract between the advertising industry and SAG-AFTRA – the largest collective bargaining agreement in the entertainment industry – expires March 31. By the time of this meeting, a new agreement will likely be in place. On the heels of brokering this latest deal, Stacy Marcus, counsel to the ANA-4A's Joint Policy Committee, will discuss the financial impact of the new Commercials Contracts. This session is an opportunity to learn the financial intricacies of the Contracts from one of its negotiators.
