I. LIBERTY MUTUAL GROUP: RESPONSIBILITY PROJECT CASE STUDY AND MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION (10:00-11:00AM)
Liberty Mutual Group will share key learnings from their Responsibility Project campaign and how they have been able to humanize and fortify the brand through this social effort. After the case study, Liberty Mutual Group will lead an ANA member roundtable discussion around best practices for companies to structure themselves for success in social.

In this session, we will cover highlights from the 2013 ANA Digital & Social Media Conference. In addition, we will open up the discussion to talk about issues that ANA Social Media Committee members are facing and build upon those topics to explore in future meetings.
