I.  CAMPBELL'S ADDRESS YOUR HEART PROGRAM
(10:00-11:00am)
Colleen Millway, Global Media Director - Campbell Soup Company will discuss their Campbell's AdDress Your Heart program focused around heart health month in February 2009-2010. Learn about this successful multifaceted partnership and how Campbell Soup Company leveraged sponsorship programs with Lifetime's Project Runway, ABC's The View, and Woman's Day Red Dress Awards.

II. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: NETWORK UPFRONT (
11:15-12:00pm)
In this session, we will have a candid discussion on the Network Upfront and will ask members to share their perspectives on:

• How to navigate the upfront better and discuss our knowledge in the marketplace
• Approach to marketplace negotiations
• The impact that optimization has had on collective business results (e.g.: shifting more to cable, :15s, etc. )
• Current industry predictions for the upcoming upfront
• Status of scatter market, impact on flexibility, etc.

III. INDUSTRY UPDATE: LOCAL DATA STREAM INITIATIVE
(12:15-1:15pm)
This session will provide an update from MediaLink and Nielsen Media Research, Inc. on the local data stream initiative they are leading which would include the possibility of implementing an adjusted local metric for Local People Meter television ratings. Members will learn about the proposed plan and have the opportunity to appropriately weigh-in with their perspectives.

IV. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION - MEDIA AUDIT COMPANIES AND BARTER (1:30-2:30pm)
ANA member roundtable discussions are great ways to share experiences and perspectives on specific topics, while learning from your peers from other companies. We'll discuss:

a. Media Audit Companies and Benchmarking: Discussions will include: which members are using them, who are the key players and best companies, and what other benchmarking tools are effective. We will also discuss the idea of asking a few of the audit companies to speak at an upcoming meeting to share their models/approaches.

b. Barter: Members will be asked to share if they are using barter companies, how the proposition has evolved, what are the best companies out there right now, impact on media role/agencies, transparency, actual ability to accrue all credits over the allotted/agreed time., and typical cash/credit blends. We will also ask for candid input/experiences from committee members on what media is seeing for best results/success with barter and perception/myths vs. reality.
