I.  INTUIT INC: THE SOCIAL SHAKE-OUT IS COMING. WILL YOUR COMPANY BE A SOCIAL MEDIA ROCK STAR? (10:00am-11:00am)
Everyone is talking about social media but few organizations are embracing this new paradigm to fundamentally change how they market to customers and build an end-to-end experience to deliver business results. In this session Julie Miller, Director, Public Relations & Social Communications - Intuit Inc. Consumer Group will share insights and practical tips from TurboTax about what it takes to succeed in this new medium.

II.  PEMCO INSURANCE: THE JOURNEY TO AN ENGAGED ENTERPRISE  (11:15am-12:15pm)
The rules of the game have changed-today's consumers are heavily influenced by peers and friends; even strangers online. To compete in this marketplace the way to beat your competitors and achieve growth is by investing in long-term relationships with consumers through consistent engagement. To win, organizations must become engaged enterprises by giving employees the knowledge of where the conversations are taking place and the confidence to join in.

In this session, Rod Brooks, Chief Marketing Officer - PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company will share how they successfully leveraged social media tools and programs to break down barriers and create organizational readiness and engagement around social media. Rod will also share the specific tools they utilized to reach and educate reluctant audiences and foster a transparent, relationship-based culture.

III.  HARRAH'S ENTERTAINMENT: USING SOCIAL MEDIA FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Learn how Harrah's Entertainment tripled its team and utilized social media as a great customer-service and engagement tool during the Consumer Electronics Show. In this session, Harrah's Entertainment will also discuss how they leverage social gaming with the announcement of the World Series of Poker coming to Facebook and MySpace.
