II. MANAGING NEGATIVE COMMENTS IN SOCIAL (11:30AM-12:15PM)
In this session, Eileen Lousteau, Sr. Vice President, Marketing– Pensco Trust Company will share her recent experiences managing negative comments from social media, especially with YELP, at her company. We will also open up the discussion for ANA West Coast Social Media Committee members to discuss how they handle and respond to negative comments at their organizations.

III. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: ORGANIZING FOR SOCIAL (1:00-2:00PM)
In this session, we will ask ANA West Coast Social Media Committee members to share some innovative ways they are organizing and staffing their marketing organization structure around social media. Some of the areas to be discussed are: in-house agencies, unique models/staffing/SOWs with their AORs, outsourcing, community management, hybrid models, etc.
