Mary Sadeghy, Associate Vice President Marketing & Business Development – City of Hope and Randy Hui,Associate Director, Web Marketing - City of Hope will share their best practices in nonprofit social media marketing. Mary will also provide an overview of some of the successful programs City of Hope has launched and their company's overall approach to leveraging social media.

II. JCPENNEY'S APPROACH TO SOCIAL MEDIA (11:30AM-12:30PM)
Sean Ryan, Director, Social and Mobile – JCPenney will discuss his company's overall approach to social media. Some of the topics that will also be discussed are:
- Conversation-Led marketing (JCPenney's tweets with Kmart/other brands)
- Superbowl #TweetingWithMittens
- Oscars "Real-Time" activations
- Social Business "calibration" - how JCPenney works with the organization on social
